Internal blowout prevention tools of drilling tools

Our internal blowout prevention tools are specially engineered to manage downhole pressure and ensure the safety of drilling operations. These critical tools play a vital role in controlling the flow of oil and gas during drilling, helping to prevent dangerous situations such as blowouts. Designed for reliability and precision, they are an essential part of maintaining safe and efficient drilling processes.

Oil drilling ceramic float valve (check valve)

This product meets API standards and holds a national invention patent (Certificate Number: ZL 2019 1 1223886.5). It represents an innovative design in internal blowout preventers. Under normal drilling conditions, the valve remains open, allowing smooth circulation of drilling fluid. In the event of a kick or blowout, the valve automatically closes to prevent further blowout. During tripping operations, it effectively prevents the backflow of drilling fluid, protecting the drill string from sediment and potential plugging. This product serves as an essential tool for blowout and plugging prevention in drilling operations.


The product's design is highly efficient, addressing common issues found in similar domestic products, such as erosion failure and short service life. It ensures reliable safety protection throughout the entire drilling process.

Arrow valve for oil drilling

Our float valve meets API standards and is an essential tool for oil drilling operations. Composed of a drill tool adapter and a float valve core assembly, its primary function is to prevent the entry of cuttings and sediment into the well when connecting a single drill pipe, as well as to block the drill bit water hole in the event of a kick or blowout. In case of a blowout or kick, the valve cover of the float valve assembly automatically closes the water hole, preventing blowout accidents within the pipe. Designed for reliability, the float valve is capable of withstanding working pressures of up to 5000 PSI or 10,000 PSI.

Kelly cock

The Kelly cock, also known as the drill pipe safety valve, is a critical tool in preventing blowouts during drilling operations. The Kelly plug valve consists of two parts: the upper Kelly plug valve and the lower Kelly plug valve. The upper valve is installed between the lower end of the faucet joint and the Kelly, while the lower valve is placed between the lower end of the Kelly and the upper end of the Kelly protective joint. These valves can be easily opened and closed by turning them 90° using a special wrench, in accordance with the provided instructions.


To prevent blowouts and drilling fluid loss, it is essential to assemble Kelly plug valves at both the upper and lower ends of the Kelly during drilling operations. Our company manufactures high-quality sulfur-resistant Kelly cocks, made from premium, imported sulfur-proof materials, ensuring durability and reliability in demanding drilling environments.

Non magnetic drill collar

Our non-magnetic drill collars are manufactured using advanced non-magnetic materials, specifically designed for applications where monitoring the borehole’s trajectory is crucial. These collars are essential tools for detecting the azimuth angle of the borehole and ensuring precise measurements during drilling operations. Produced from self-developed low-carbon stainless steel, our non-magnetic drill collars comply with API specifications and the SY/T5144 standard. They are suitable for cold rolling to create threads and can be processed to accommodate double-shoulder threads or other specialized thread types, ensuring versatility and reliability in various drilling applications.

Non magnetic weighted drill pipe

Our non-magnetic weighted drill pipe is crafted from advanced non-magnetic materials, designed specifically for use in applications where monitoring the borehole's trajectory is critical. This specialized tool is essential for detecting the azimuth angle of the borehole and ensuring accurate measurements during drilling operations. Manufactured from self-developed low-carbon stainless steel, our non-magnetic drill pipes adhere to API specifications and the SY/T5144 standard. They are capable of cold rolling for threading and can be processed to accommodate double-shoulder threads or other custom thread types, providing flexibility and reliability in demanding drilling environments.

Drilling oil pressure adjustable diameter stabilizer

Our Drilling Oil Pressure Adjustable Diameter Stabilizer offers superior safety and reliability compared to traditional fixed-wing centralizers. It effectively reduces friction and torque, providing better protection for the lifting and torque transmission systems. By avoiding issues such as mud bag centralizers and eliminating the piston pulling phenomenon during tripping, this product enhances tripping speed and operational efficiency. In rotary drilling, its advanced internal structure also provides lateral damping, offering additional protection to the drill string. This stabilizer ensures smoother operations and improved performance, making it a key tool in optimizing drilling processes.

The directional instrument, also known as a wellbore trajectory survey instrument or inclinometer, is a critical tool used in oil drilling and geological exploration. It is designed to measure and record the direction and position of the wellbore, providing essential data for accurately monitoring and controlling the drilling process.

MWD calibration platform

Our MWD Calibration Platform is a large-scale, intelligent system designed for the measurement and calibration of various probe tubes, including MWD, wire probes, electronic multipoint, and electronic single-point inclinometers. Equipped with three high-precision 18-bit sensors, this platform collects data and transmits it to a computer for real-time display via a serial port connection. It enables fast, accurate testing of probe tube parameters, ensuring reliable performance and precise calibration in drilling operations.

Pulse generator test bench

The Pulse Generator Test Bench is designed to test the parameters of pumps, main valves, and control valves. After the pump is tested and adjusted to a specified pressure, it achieves a displacement of over 1.45 L/min. The control valve is tested at a voltage of 9V, which opens the valve to allow oil flow, and at 14V, which closes the valve to block the flow. Under these conditions, the time for the main valve to pass 50ml of oil is between 6-10 seconds, and for 1L, it ranges from 14-21 seconds. This test bench ensures the proper operation and reliability of critical fluid control components.
